I'd be confident if pure was the boss, writing shit that only he and aliens understand on the tactics board.

We're the champions ffs.
Imo we are only champions because of fergie . He was the master at using the tombola and getting wins while playing shite . I'm not sure moyes can do that .
If we actually buy a midfielder i might be a bit more confident

Fact is, we just don't know how it's going to go. Exciting at the moment, though
Of course - but we wont become a bad team over night because Gollem is managing us. I think he may surprise a few. I doubt we'll see the attacking United of the 90's but to be honest, Fergie got rid of that side of our game.

We'll be fine

Mourinho the best manager in the world? £#%&! off

I never said we're favourites but I'm confident like I always am.

Exactly.

I don't know if anyone was paying attention for the last few years but we weren't ruthlessly winning games thanks to Fergie's tactical mastery. Most of the time in big games we were pissing 2 goal leads away by being too £#%&!ing passive, then we had to rely on a moment of brilliance to see the game through. Or in the case of Chelsea away - an offside goal against 9 men.

Fergie was a figurehead, a motivator and an inspirational presence to the team but left most of the coaching duties to Barry and Paul chuckle. I'm interested to see how the team responds to someone like Moyes who is a training ground manager who is very tactically clued up and managed an Everton team last season that finished with less goals conceded than United and which lost 7 games - the exact same amount as Chelsea, Arsenal and one less than Spurs.

And that bodes well. If he can manage a team with Timmy Tourettes in goal and concede less than United, he'll do for me

based on current transfer activity.
So assuming that Bale stays at Spurs - something that is over 99% certain not to be the case IMO.

Assuming he does go to Madrid, then everything else being equal Chelski are title favourites (even without Rooney) Between us and our noisy neighbours for 2nd-3rd, Arsenal 4th, Spurs 5th.
