Default Carrick

Set for the Middlesbrough job.

Absolute coma of a football club but hope he does well there, top top red.

On paper it seems like a sensible place to go for a first full time management role, but the Championship is a mad league - 'boro are 3rd from bottom with a goal difference that's exactly the same as Reading who are 4th

Chris Wilder is a seasoned veteran of that league & got Sheff Utd to the PL playing some decent stuff but couldn't get a tune out of the 'boro squad.

Wonder if Gibson has promised him a decent pot of cash in January & potentially he's called in on United to get some loans lined up (if he's sensible he'd take Jones with him if he's actually not doing a Weekend at Bernies at Carrington).

Decent sized club as a first shout, reckon he'll do well, promotion next year and keep boro in the prem for a year and he'll have made it, few players read the game so well. Good luck to him.

Championship is way above Bissaka's level.

Carrick immediately dropped him when he took over as well. Will be amazed if Aaron "crazy legs" Bissaka isn't here until the end of his contract.

3-0 up tonight away from home. Looking like 4 points out of 6. Good start

Actually he’s been in charge for four games, 7 points out of 12.

Came back from 1-0 down to win 1-2 with a 92nd minute winner

Mixed feelings, I £#%&!ing hate Middlesbrough the club, tbh.
