As funny as it was -and it was £#%&!ing funny- Keane’s suggestion that there are winners and nothing else is twaddle. He even refutes his own argument when he said that getting top 4 would be a ‘great achievement’ for us under Ole. Make no mistake, Keano don’t mind working his own brand a little.

2 quality midfielders would probably have us comfortably top 4 with a foundation to push on from. Get rid of any remaining poison, get 2 quality midfielders and the rest is only fine tuning. After 6 years of needing a major rebuild, that would be significant.
