Griezmann is playing as a striker mainly these days.

Again, been playing as a No.10..

Nice of Louis to to notice the lack of pace in wide areas that is crippling us and has been for about 5 £#%&!ing years

He's right. Di Maria was meant to be one of those players, but he obviously turned into a shitbag bastard. Not many about tbh. Mane would be a good addition, and is a realistic target in Jan with him not being cup-tied in Europe etc. He'd add pace, but not sure he's a winger, more of a number 10.

We need to look at quick forward players. There are no 'wingers' in football any more. Everybody plays some sort of bastardised 4-2-3-1 formation so most of these players float about anyway.

Mane has played plenty of games out wide for Southampton. He is more than capable of playing out wide.

Oh I agree yeah, and Mane could play in any of the 3 attackers- he's direct as £#%&! which is something we lack, Martial aside. Griezmann would be the ideal solution aswell.

I can actually see Robben happening in January, if the rumours of him falling out with a few at Bayern at true. He's a @#%&!, but would be a decent @#%&! for us for 18 months or so.

we didn't lack pace for the last 5 years but we lacked players with pace + talent.

Young, welbeck, hernandez, valencia, nani all had pace. But all of them had huge limitations to their game.

We need players with pace and top class talent. That is why I am bit skeptical of Mane. Will he adapt to the pressure he will face at united? Or turn into a coward like valencia.

There would be millions of threads about him

Dunno really, as has been said before, there's not a great deal of options that aren't already at one of the 5 or 6 richest clubs

Felipe Anderson maybe..
