No, he really won't. He's managed about 16 goals in his entire career.

We need a striker who can score us 20 goals a season regularly NOW. Our attitude shouldn't be "get harry kane or we just plod on with nobody". We should have a definitive list of targets who can considerably lift the quality of the team right now.
