We talk about “game raising @#%&!s” but if ever there was a team that was, it was Ron’s team. With Robbo, Hughes, big Norm and McGrath etc, they were well able to dish it out and could play a bit… when they felt like it. Preferred being a cup side and cba most of the time. Usually turned up vs dippers.

There was Jesper Olsen, though, tbf and Bailey wasn’t too keen on messing his hair up.
Robbo stands tall with any past players. On top of all his heroics, there was the move to Juventus episode. Jordan and Wilkins took the money just as they peaked. Not Robbo.
