Default Fitbit/ Strava

Anyone else got a FitBit? Bought an ionic 2 weeks ago. Definitely encourages you to do more exercise and compete with the step count wankers at work. Good how it links to Strava to show route and stats. Lost about 5lbs since getting it plus resting heart rate has gone down from Jimmy Saville in a morgue to something quite healthy. I've now become a step count wanker.

i use the step count feature on my garmin. it's good that you've lost weight and step count is a good motivation, but it's intensity that counts. your body will get used to moving more quite quickly, so you need to step up the pace if you want to lose more. 5 lbs is a good start though

It's very accurate to be honest. Mate is a doctor and confirms.

About 15000 - mainly from tabbing with a Bergen on, sometimes running

That's good. I wouldn't have time to do that in the week. Hour tabbing at lunch is about 10000 steps at 4mph ISH. 5000 is just general walking around. Managed 28000 doing Crinkle Crags and Bow Fell last Sunday
