We couldn’t tbh. Brentford defended really well throughout tbf, reducing us to pot shots, and most of those were first half. 2nd half.. Antony and Bruno hoofed it into the crowd from 25 yards, Sabitzer 20 yard back pass and then Fred’s thunder@#%&! from just inside the area. Not a lot to show for 45 minutes.

Only Fulham and Villa in the top half have scored fewer goals than us and coincidentally are the only teams with worse GD.

goals and gd are going to be irrelevant. we will be at least 6 points clear of newcastle.

We scored more in the period with Wout playing than we did in the period he wasn't

I've been saying all season we don't score enough goals, the only time anyone was prepared to say we were was with Wout front and center.

He's not good enough, but he's done an important job and it worked well.

well... we're currently level on points. and we will pick up at least 6 more than they do for the rest of the season.

clearly, I did not mean that we will do that without scoring.
