Lindegaard doesn't do a single thing better than De Gea.

De Gea has always been the better of the two. We worked very hard to get him and his form only suffers when he's dropped after one tiny mistake. The only reason Lindegaard plays is to be 'fair' to him. £#%&! that, get the better keeper in. Plenty of games for Linda in cups and if de Gea genuinely looks £#%&!ed and needs a rest. There's already far too much inconsistency at the back without creating any ourselves. As soon as Vidic is back, he and Rio should be playing in front of De Gea whenever they are all fit. Which probably won't be for long anyway.

It's the £#%&!ing press's fault. The witch hunt for DdG at the start of last season caused Ferie to drop/protect him rather than let him deal with the pressure a couple of mistakes can bring. That and his busy summer.

This should please a few on here,

Fergie this morning.

"Lindegaard will start, he's made the spot his own over the last few weeks"

"anderson is an option but still lacking match fitness"

"darren fletcher will definitely be involved, he's worked hard to get this far, the boy deserves my trust"

"its an important game, derbies always are, obviously with the improvement of city in the last few years there is added bite, in these type of games experience is essential, we are extremely lucky to be able to call on the likes of ryan and paul"

Ando nearly fit is positive, but I hope they do not make the same mistake as last year and bring him back too early. Blackburn at home:shakehead:

I do not understand the thinking with De Gea, rested because of that problem with his teeth, had been playing quite well and Lindergaard had been pish.
