Always do my roast potatoes in the air fryer. Boil them first until they are soft but not falling apart, use Maris Piper spuds, coat in oil and Chuck em in for 40 minutes on maximum heat. They come out great.

Air fryer also does amazing lamb chops. Crispy fat on the outside and succulent meat cooked to perfection. Just make sure you get relatively thick chops, about an inch or more thick, otherwise they can dry out.

Jacket, fan assist oven, 220
1 hour foil
35 un-foil.
A crisp cut with the knife, then potato like butter.

I never use foil. far crispier skin with no foil.

Broke out the Tefal off the back of this thread.

Sausages cooked. Bang them in, no oil, beep beep!

Like a fucking microwave!
