Needs to get back to keeping it simple. Recently he's been overdoing things. Rooney showed him how it's done there.

What a boring world class goal that was from Giggs Berbs and Wazza are firing like £#%&!.

At 2-0, here was the bitter commentary from my bitter mate doing the BBC football shit today:

Man Utd goal: Again, I ask where is the Birmingham defence? Roger Johnson gives the ball away, Wayne Rooney feeds Dimitar Berbatov, and he cuts inside before firing home. The Blues could not have made it much easier for their hosts.

Berbs/Rooney did fantastically there - but what a finish by Giggs.

Truly love that man.

Good half - just hope Carrick is ok.

some great football moving forward. giggs has been superb but for me the defence has looked so solid that the pressure is off the midfield and we can pass it around at will. can't see us holding back here so expect more goals second half.

Fookin ace that

Berbs, Rooney and Giggs turning it on. Anderson masterful in midfield, and Evra looking back to his best.

Some lovely football in that half. Berbs, Giggs and Rooney with some outstanding link up play. Rooney is not looking a threat as a scorer but technically he is looking much better in this game, more snap to his passing and more confident with his touch, and has 2 assists. Much better from him.

Terry is right about Nani, gone a little self indulgent in recent weeks, needs to get back to playing the ball a little earlier and using his teammates. He has had a great year, though, played a lot of games, probably needs a rest but with Valencia out and Park away there has been no opportunity to give him it. Giggs is in great form at the moment, so much imagination and class to his game, a joy to watch.

Anderson continues to show how valuable he is becoming, especially in these home games, really sets a tempo for the team, very positive and willing to take the ball under pressure, he needs to show some of the same form away from home, but very encouraging again from him.

beautiful football all round that third goal was a joy to watch but birmingham generally have no clue how to handle our front six. five more games for giggsy to overtake sir bobby, isn't it? what a player.

anderson makes a terrific difference, he really does. both him and rafael have really kicked on this season, bit like nani last year.

smalling is coming on in leaps and bounds, fantastic control and calmness, gives us the sort of platform that rio does, very hard to pressure him. love his aggression at corners as well.

btw, is bentley the only player currently playing in the premier league who has scored a hat trick against us? can't think of another.
