That's total, total rubbish mate.He was labelled as a total donkey by most on here, but I was half kidding tbh.

Last season he made 33 league appearances (some as sub), scoring 12.That's under a 1 in 3 goal average. Also weighed in with assists.

Dont think he was gash given the limited opportunity he was given.

Well, positives from last night were Bebe who looked to have a bit about him, Smalling who is on current form our 3rd best CB, Obertan to some extent and the pea.

that's a load of shit for a start.

I was the only one to blindly defend the indefensible

tbf most reasoned supporters I spoke to knew he was good enough but were just disappointed in the perceived 'return' on the £30m. I disagreed citing the reasons that his scoring record wasn't actually that bad, and also that people defended tevez's scoring record last season because he had no consistency in selection and yet berbs was in the same position and getting no one defending him.

tbf a lot of the berba-hate was a hangover from the ridiculous tevez love in and the so called 'injustice' of not giving him a contract.

Love the Pea.

Thought both Smalling and Carrick (yes) had very good games, Carrick's range of passing was an improvement on previous games and set up some really good chances (Park 2nd half, should of scored etc etc). Smalling looked composed throughout and starting to really settle in with the squad.

Bebe looked good, some good/bad moments but he's very direct and there's alot to work on.

1st half was shite, 2nd was a big improvements from both sides.

Don't think I could agree that Carrick had a "very good game", he did improve as it went on though and he was playing next to pretty much the laziest @#%&! i've ever seen play midfield for United.

Think Smalling may well be an absolute steal.

Carrick did the basics well and got into decent areas where he was given the chance to shoot, thought he controlled the game throughout and worked hard to get us going 2nd half. Gibson I dont rate, never have and never will.

Smalling looks a great buy, very impressed by him.

Macheda and Amos are going to be quality.

Seriously though positives were Hernandez and Obes. Obes looks like he has very sensitive confidence so could keep improving if he gets games.

I'm normally right about players tbh.

Nani - stuck by him, class
Berbs - stuck by him, class

Players that are just not good enough.Shit, in fact:

O'Shea
Gibbo

Jury out, but not looking good:

Obers
Amos
Macheda
Welbeck

Great servant, but £#%&!ed.Shouldnt get a game:

Gary Nev

What the £#%&! has happened to him? :

Johnny Evans
Carrick

Getting grief, written off by some - it's mental, he's class:

Evra

Looking good:

Bébé

He'll be world class:

Pea-diddy
Berbatov - top class since day one. hasn't always come off for him but a proper footballer. overall scoring record in the league is very good.

Nani - close to the exit door after struggling to step out of Giggs' shadow. departure of Ronaldo paved the way for him. top player. a bit weak-willed still.

O'Shea - very good tactically. utility player that every squad should have. ours is O'Shea. it could be worse.

Gibson - not bad for a 6th choice centre mid

Evra - not had a good game for even longer than Rooney has he? probably has, but not many. clavicular fries £#%&!ing with his head. needs to remember how to defend.

Carrick - form went same time as Evra and Rooney pretty much - after a good start to 2010. confidence issues. someone probably bought him a mirror.

Evans - wet lettuce. positioning has deserted him, especially under the high ball. even i could get the jump on him these days.

Neville - the first half a yard was in his head. it isn't any more.
