For anyone going Valencia away

Apparantly, the Spanish authorities are planning a strike - all buses, trains and air traffic control will be closed/affected on the 29th Sept, which is obviously the day of the game. £#%&! knows if it's 100% going ahead (I've done a bit of a search and haven't found anything concrete)

However, Henry Winter has tweeted (is that the right word?) this is what he says

we fly on 29th too but apparently airport is only 7km from where we are staying and thats only 1.5km from ground ......was just gonna grab a taxi anyway but the @#%&!s will bang the prices up even more now if thats the case

its only the flights can £#%&! me up really, will walk from the airport if we have to .......or get picked up by a 7ft top red giant

Just had a quick look on Red Cafe and there's a guy on there that lives in Spain (I think) and he's saying no flights will be landing due to air traffic control being on strike, so you could well be £#%&!ed.

I booked Rangers on the train with guarantee of a ticket.

taxi drivers will get battered by bus and tram drivers if they work that day

industrial action is big in spain.

and people flying home on the thursday, planes will be in the wrong place from not working the day before. even the team might struggle to get home that night straight after the game.

people on TC daytrip could well be £#%&!ed.

Uefa still in discussions with valencia but it seems impossible to move the game.
If you going on 28th you will be ok, probably expect disruption trying to get back on the 30th
