Solskjaer clearly isn't a top manager, but the it's the same players yet again.

Another manager will just temporarily mask the real problems. And I'm not convinced there's many that will come in and get us top 4.

The squad needed a major overhaul but the players are on such big contracts that it's nearly impossible without big investment and the Glazers aren't going to do it.

It has been 8 months since we fired Mourinho and we have done practically nothing to restructure the organisation of the football side of the 'business' since then. Nicky Butt got a promotion and that's about it.

Under Woodward and the Glazers we'll never be successful.
