No concidence we looked far more solid when he came on and the tempo and intensity increased.

His passing is weird. Sometimes you think he's shit at passing but then he can find very good passes.

It’s obvious Ed Woodward and Matt judge call the shots in our recruitment , they’ve been #@&%!ing it up for years. The above is nothing new. Fred has become a decent player for us but he wasn’t the player we needed when Jose was manager and we required much more.

just found it quite odd that Woodward with be making a transfer decision when you have a manager like Jose with all his experience. Guess that's why there is a need for a Sporting Director to take that power away from Ed.

personally i think Fred does exactly the job that Ole asks of him and that makes him a very good professional and he does his job well

Time for my boy to shine. Was asked to do far too much last season and despite all his efforts ran out of steam towards the end of the season.

Put him alone in front of the back four just in a Rice type of position to be a scrappy doo type player, harrassing and winning the ball then feeding the likes of Bruno/Pogba/DvdB. No nonsense stuff and he'll be brilliant this season.

The midfielder that is in most desperate need of upgrade that isn’t called Matic.

I like the bloke, he has his uses, but he’s awful at football.
