based on that wiki page it looks as if there are 10 potential opponents coming through the 3rd quali rd (5 winners from the league route) plus 2 other 4th placed sides from associations 1-3, plus two 3rd placed sides from associations 4-6. So 14 potential opponents.

According to the Jupiler league, it's Brugge that play in the preliminary round (3rd round) of the CL. Anderlecht go direct to the Europa League

De EL-play-offs worden op donderdag 20 en donderdag 27 augustus gespeeld.
Anderlecht hoeft geen voorrondes te spelen. Het nummer 3 uit de Jupiler Pro League is rechtstreeks geplaatst voor de groepsfase van de Europa League. De loting voor die groepsfase is op vrijdag 28 augustus. De eerste groepsmatch wordt op donderdag 17 september gespeeld.
