Yep. They wouldn’t brown up properly but tasted fantastic. Potatoes are hit and miss here so you never know if you’re going to get a good chipping potato.

Started making frittatas a few weeks back and love them as a mid week easy meal. Use up whatever is in the fridge and throw it all in a pan. Today’s; asparagus, onion, garlic, rosemary, tomatoes, potatoes and cheese.

Stone Cold Water

Melon and Banana and pineapple dessert

Can't afford any imported food so it's the local nonsense for me Monday - Friday

looks nice that

i do the same with omelettes. great for getting your veg in.

Made bouillabaisse last night, it was magnificent.

Sea bass, salmon, scallops, prawns & mussels
