Touted all through his career by Fergie as having everything to be a top manager and it’s clear to see why from the little tv stuff he’s done, and obviously the strength of character he showed throughout his career. We need both IMO. More and more convinced that Grealish is the one player that would make the biggest difference to us at the moment. He’s a flash @#%&! but so was beckham. Strong character and a leader; precisely the kind of qualities that other talented players we’ve banked on over the last few years (pogba, di maria most obviously) have lacked. What makes Bruno so standout.

He's not back for his coaching acumen. He's back because he won stuff with United and knows "the United Way." That's what Ole has been banging the drum about since he came in. Ole wants everything around the club to be the same as it was in the Fergie heyday. It hasn't much to do with tactics, more to do with ethos imo.
