Default FA Charge for Pep?

Pep should be looking at a charge

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football...chester-derby/

Not allowed to talk about refs or the ref appointment before a game. Sure Ferie got a charge for saying positive things about a ref before a game.

Yeah right. Ref will probably be fired, jailed and put on the sex offenders register for forty years for upsetting Saint Pep.

a touchline ban doesn't make any real difference

Mourinho was charged for this 2 years ago:

Quote:
"I have my view but I understood and I learned a lesson by being so many times by the FA for saying some words about referees.

“I think Mr Taylor is a very good referee.

“But I think somebody with intention is putting such pressure on him that I feel it will be difficult for him to have a very good performance.”

The rules have always been different for us and always will be. Becoming mediocre on the field won't make any difference to that, unfortunately.

Let off with a warning

Quote:
The FA confirmed on Thursday that Mourinho would be charged for his comments after breaking FA rules, and as a result “brought the game into disrepute”. The governing body’s statement read: “José Mourinho has been charged with misconduct in respect of comments he made relating to the appointed match referee, prior to the Liverpool v Manchester United fixture on Monday 17 October 2016.

“It is alleged his comments were improper and/or brought the game into disrepute contrary to FA Rule E3(1). Mr Mourinho has until 6pm on Monday 31 October 2016 to respond to the charge.”
Quote:
Jose Mourinho has been fined £50,000 and handed a one-match fan following a double charge handed to him by the Football Association.

The £50,000 fine relates to media comments Mourinho made prior to Manchester United's Premier League clash with Liverpool when he called into question Anthony Taylor's suitability as referee.
