Defeat way too hard for both teams to take today so the outcome shouldn’t surprise. Feel like they needed the win though given recent form.

Belting noise from most areas of the ground today. Their lot were £#%&!ing awful- most noise they made was during the minutes applause, the @#%&!s.

Started singing after the game had finished, did the same last season, made no noise during the game and then sang to a empty stadium weirdos.

Obviously wish we could’ve won today, but I’ll take the draw and 2 points from that lot after the shite hand we got dealt.

The lads showed some real character today. Circumstances gave them every excuse to wilt and let Liverpool have the run of the place, but they didn’t.

They stuck at it resolutely (another magnificent defensive display btw) and I always thought we looked the more dangerous side despite Rashford playing with approximately half the usual number of legs. But for Smalling’s inability to stay onside at a set piece or throw himself at a loose ball, we’d have won the bastarding thing as well.

The media are trying to spin it as a good point for them, but if roles were reversed I’d be furious we hadn’t taken advantage. They’re running out of steam, running out of ideas and running out of %@#$&!s.

It's only a good point if they win the league.

As it stands, they've dropped 9 points in the last 6 games and pissed away a massive points lead.

City are now back in form and just won a trophy.

LFC should have won today with easy considering what happened to us.
City would have come out in the second half and gone up a few gears.

So we don’t have the chance to beat them in the fa cup and they’ve played no one in the european cup. Give them the trophies now.

Used to be quite generous in his views on United... then Ferie retired.

He's obviously getting worried Liverpool are going to blow it.

Before the game he said he fancied Liverpool to win and make a statement. Neville even smirked when he said it.

He still thinks they made a statement after the game

Lets hope the players are as rattled as him

Almost Mourinho like approach from Klopp - defensive player at full back defensive midfield substituting their best attacker. The outcry on here if we'd not gone for a team with 3 injuries in the first half.

We'd have been all over them like a rash (ford) under Ole.
