Can I admit to my affection for Silvestre? Shocking at times but also capable of some absolutely storming performances both at left back and CB.

Arsenal at OT in 05/06 he put in the best LB performance I have ever seen, destroyed their right hand side, up and down and put a peach of a cross on Rooney's right foot for the opening goal, Evra as good as he is has very rarely delivered a dangerous cross in his whole time for Utd.

Alien headed goldfish attention span freak he may be but for a long time he was our Alien headed goldfish attention span freak and had some very memorable moments, double against Liverpool, head butt at Arsenal in the 4-2.

Still hope he plays against us though.
