Much more encouraged by that half than most on here

Impressed with how aggressive Ole’s game plan has been
Pressing them high up the pitch which has completely disrupted their passing game and as a result we’ve barely seen Mbappe
Also think we’ve shown really good composure to play out from the back

The problem is the obvious lack of creativity in that midfield outside of Pogba who’s had a very quiet game
Also our front 3 have all had fairly poor games

Nothing between the sides at the moment which is a big improvement from how we played anyone decent in Europe in recent years

If we can get our forwards to fire we could win this 1 or 2

Definitely need to move the front three around a bit. They’re doubling up on Martial and even when he’s had space he’s been shite.

Need to be more fluid in our approach and more clinical and there’s probably something there for us still.

Don’t watch it then.

Btw, best legitimate moment in that half was Pogba down the right.

PSG are doing exactly as well as Burnley did here at this stage.

Does every post you write have to be a sweeping absolute statement damning a wider issue?

This is just a distraction. OGS has one & only one objective for the rest of this season, and it ain't winning the CL.

Would happily take 3 pts against the vermin over winning this tie or even just this leg.

Martial through the middle?

Could easily draw Kempembe into a foul which should see him off.

You watch some of these #@&%! refs in the Champions League and wonder how the £#%&! any of their matches ever end with 22 men on the pitch.

Genuinely one of the reasons I became disenchanted by the Champions League a few years back, the refereeing is awful and the only thing they don’t actually attempt to control is the shithousery. Part of our problem under Fergie was often our naivety.

Yes. Let’s not do well in the champions league so we can qualify for next seasons

Huffed and puffed a lot but shown no composure in the final third yet. Pogba needs to step up more.

Having said all that, it's still more enjoyable than any European game under Jose.

Yep. I think we need to express ourselves a bit more but the final ball has let us down. If we can get that first goal we'll gain confidence going forward.

I wondered how long we’d be allowed to play on the side of a cliff. That’s a career ender for someone.

We ain't going to win it. The gimps want CL football or they lose tens of millions. You want OGS to get the job? He needs to get a 4th or higher finish.
As much as I would absolutely love it for so many reasons, we are not going to win the CL.

Qualify for next seasons CL. Give OGS the job & give him some money & a transfer window to strengthen.

It is. It's 0-0.

We could concede a throw in after half an hour you'd tell us all how we never replaced Ronaldo.
