He's been a bit of a disappointment thus far.

His control lets him down at times and doesn't seem to have a burst of acceleration that you associate with top wide players. But still early days.

Turbo posting the same shit about LVG time and time again is dull. We get the message.

since memphis showed for the ball constantly and his talent led to our stumbling shit goal, I would have to disagree with the op.

The op is full of shit. But he always is.

Memphis was far from our worst yesterday. Though he was pretty bad.

an excellent young player with great potential.. has done well for his age so far, moving to a new country and moving to a harder league was always going to be a challenge, he has scored 6 goals and has looked good at times, unfortuntly people will always compare him to the likes of Ronaldo and the like, Ronaldo was not setting the league on fire at 21.. I expect Depay to be a world class player in a season or two.

For me Depay will be a superstar and I hope it's with us, we just need better players, to play quicker balls in for him to do the damage he is capable of. We are so slow at present, it nullifies his talent and I hope whoever is in charge has patience with him.

Seems like players like this do not fair well under current regime, curious what's going wrong. Maybe coaches just have shit routines or the philosophy is too complicated and dulls the attacking potential of most players.

£#%&! knows but it isn't working
