Default Will rooney break sir bobby's record this season

With goals hard to come by, beginning to think he will not break it this season (and duly shipped out in the summer. )

Simple yes or no poll. Will he break it this season or not?

I can't see him managing another 10 goals this season the way he's going.

He will probably manage it, even in his present state I expect a bit of a purple patch somewhere. Which might make it easier for LvG to move him on next summer.......

He's going nowhere unless United agree to pay up the remainder of his contract.

No decent club in Europe will want to pay his wages ditto the MLS. He won't go China or any Arab country because he'll melt into a puddle and probably can't get a decent sausage and chips.

Only other alternative would be Everton taking him on massively reduced wages which I can't see happening as they aren't exactly in a financial position to make expensive emotional signings.

I think the Everton thing too. If he thinks he's done at United, could see him taking a reduced wage to go to Everton. We'd give him a good pay off anyway.

They're losing Stones so getting Rooney in part exchange means they can afford it. It's win win for all parties.

He won't be going anywhere until he has done it. Be it this season or next. It is the only thing he has left to achieve, bar international success, which is never going to happen with the current squad.

Donīt care either. Wayne has been fantastic for us as was Sir Bobby. Itīs irrelevant to both of them anyway, they BOTH love Manchester United.

Oneīs a Geordie, oneīs a Scoucer.

End of.
