Probably Madrid pr bullshit. Every player wants to sign, and no one ever wants to leave. Like any player would rather be reserve at Madrid rather than first choice at another of europe's biggest 4 clubs, probably with a pay rise thrown in.

Really? If united had played things the same way for a goalkeeper they wanted, we'd be slagging them off for not buying them before the season starts just to save a few quid. We certainly wouldn't be saying they played it perfectly.
