Default Darmian

After such a good start when multiple articles were being written about how finally united have found a dependable right back and most of us were happy, how come he is struggling so badly all of a sudden?

Opposition quality?
Did we overrate him?
Not getting that much protection?

This is third match in a row where he struggled and on sunday it reached a nadir. If valencia is really a better option than him, we are £#%&!ed.

Needs more experience at this level. Also, he doesn't get much protection from Mata, especially on a day like yesterday when he was totally exposed by one of the best forwards in the league.

It was his decision making and concentration which let him down yesterday, he just didn't look sharp. The way Alexis got infront of him at the near post summed his day up. Look a yard off all day.

awful for their first goal and even worse for their third...the state of that 'tackle' on Sanchez:shakehead:

started off well enough but offewrs little going forward and has been awful in his last few games, playing him at left-back was just stupid although it seemed to suggest he had played there before

not looking good tbh

LVG clearly thought the mistake was with darmian than mata though since he could have easily brought off mata and pushed rooney/valencia that side for better protection.

He was getting destroyed even aside from the goal and had been booked. He had to come off. I thought he was good defensively against Wolfsburg. Hopefully it's just a dip.

He just needs time. Just like Evra did. Too early to judge a defender, I remember thinking Spector looked decent.

Another thread skating a lad who's been nothing short of superb in 90 percent of the games he's played. Absolutely £#%&!ing stunning. Which @#%&!s invites these cranks on Fred Ffs

Fatigue due to the number of games and an inevitable lull after a solid start. Has not offered enough as an attacking option, some of that may be tactical but his quality when he has come forward has been poor.

Mata or Depay do not make it easy on their full backs, quite often very exposed.

The guy is 7 or 8 games into his United career and he's done quite well so far.
OK, he had an absolute stinker yesterday but, it happens. It happened Evra when he first joined and at various other stages, it's happened G. Nev in consecutive derbies etc.

The guy seemed lost focus and concentration is all. It also didn't help that he got zero protection Mata
I love Juan Mata but, the state of him today writing that blog of his While we got absolutely destroyed down his side in the first half

I'm sure Darmian will be fine over the course of the season.

So what? Its ok to be passionate. Its a lot easier to be negative about the team you support as your chuffed when your wrong. Better than being a 'arrogant united fan'. I bet you were never negative about Sir Fergie and his team was you? Hypocritical imo

Pure, you're a rum @#%&! - did you or did you not slate Evra to death on here after he'd barely kicked a ball for United? In which case, that weeping, septic boil on the arse Rafabio is only copying your frankly #@&%!ic knee jerk behaviour.
