Default Manuel Fernandes

Are you feeling him ?

I'm feeling him.

Why, oh why is his ownership shrouded in mystery ?

Doubt he'll ever play for United. Gutted.

Discuss.

If he was any good he would already be at a big club.

And why would Benfica loan him out if he was that good?

Overrated. NFT.

Overrated. NFT. - Get your own tagline.
Anyone with a modicum of football knowledge out there ?

Are you serious ?

He's part owned because he's a blinding prospect and the shady company that part owns him is looking to make a tidy profit when he's eventually bought.

Koppas - If I changed my name to Paris Hilton, do you think I'd win that fight ?

Change it to Lily Allen.

You'll be indestructable.

Err, me. Not seen much of Fernandes to judge him. It's a cows opinion anyway as United seem to have decided on Hargreaves.

Should've signed Senna and not been stingy with the extra million they was after.

Not slating the club for it. Just stating a fact. Good player

BUT, thinking about it. He is 31 now so would've been a wise investment for the money that they were after.

Wasn't Fernandes offered to Portsmouth for around £9mil, all in ?

He's well worth that.

Now, I'm not an idiot -If Hargreaves became available at that price then he'd obviously be the better option. But United will probably pay just under double that.

As for Manuel's talent - Kept an eye out on Fernandes since Whalefish mentioned him, ooh way back when. He's spesh, make no mistake about it.

Yes and it'd be £5 million less to spend this summer wasted on an aging player we seemingly didn't need.

Yup but the point is you just said "we should've signed him" when you have the benefit of hindsight. That's all I'm saying.

Ok, fair point.

Wasn't needed. At the time though, would've been a good replacement for the lack of Hargreaves signing but I know what you mean.

Hargreaves will be awesome for us.
