Question Fred physio room

We're all getting old and worn out.

What are your current injury woes

I've got achilees heel trouble. Nothing I can do for that I assume

Have been limping slightly since the weekend after doing something in my left foot. Mostly gone now, though.

Ankles are completely f***ed. Last time I was playing football on a regular basis was 6 years ago. Elasticity has completely gone. I'll sometimes lose balance walking on uneven surfaces.

Not resting up after injuries what I was younger has completely ruined me now. Have to strap up to the max when doing any form of exercise now.

Slight issue with a psoas muscle in that itís tight and sore after football and no amount of rest or stretches seem to improve it alright other than that atm

Felt like Iíd thrown my hip out while walking to the corner shop. But I think it was down to lack of use.

A OK otherwise!

Would advise against impact sports going into your 40ís and 50ís lads. Lots of heavy iron pumpers with torn biceps too...

HOS was ravaged with tears and whatnot. Never out of surgery. A real dumbass IMO.

I'm a zero impact swimmer in exile. Pool I go to only letting members in atm I think. You see plenty of 80 year old swimmers but no 80 year old runners...
