Maybe; though it’s probably because I don’t split my life between this place and a child’s game.

Football fans will ignore most bullshit - in fact we've had players behave abysmally in the past - but we've tolerated it because they were top players who won us leagues and trophies regularly.

Lingard's biggest problem is not that he's a young or that he's flash - it's that he's a £#%&!ing bang average footballer who has produced maybe a handful of decent games in 4 years and 160 appearances.

It really has come to something when City and Liverpool's players seem to represent the beacon of ruthless professionalism and consistency while Manchester United's dressing room now resembles a glorified creche packed with immature, egotistical morons quite happy to plod along.

We need him, Pogba, Lukaku out of the dressing room asap and get some actual £#%&!ing grown ups in there.

Agree, you can afford to be stupid and wear daft clobber if you deliver on the pitch.

The shit Beckham would have gotten if he was crap would have been the same; skirts, mohican, spice bird and a cockney. He got away with all that because of what he did on the pitch.

It also doesn't help that despite the fact all of those under achieving @#%&!s have been abject failures in one way or another for FIVE £#%&!ing years, United fans still have their little favourites who they defend like starstruck teenage girls. Seriously.

I couldn't give a £#%&! if ANY of them left. I'll slag them all off. £150-200k a week and then win 2 games in the last 2 months of the £#%&!ing season? £#%&! off, all of yous.

How anyone on here can try to defend any of the @#%&!s is beyond me. They couldn't give two £#%&!s about ANY of us. They don't care about the club, they don't care about the 75k people paying to watch that garbage every week. You're irrelevant. You're an instagram follower, a brand buyer, that's all you are to them.

Haven't been excited about wrestling since Japp Stam was at the club, pal.

Wedding invite revoked.

Oxford dictionary: Professionalism- the high standard that you expect from a person who is well trained in a particular job

If you wear that shirt you represent the badge. End of.

Nobody expects the #@&%! to be dressed in a suit and behave like a gentrified victorian aristocrat, bit going to the opposite extreme we shouldnt accept a mid 20s professional athlete behaving like a tit.

Behind closed doors- do what you like. Sharing it on social media opens him up to criticism- and why not? Hes doing it to promote his brand (whatever brand that is?).

Harping back -we have had many footballers in the most recent past doing the same thing but doing it properly. Wayne Rooney/David Beckham- managed the sponsorship and all other manner of crap on the side but we rarely doubted their give on the pitch..

His job first and foremost is to represent Manchester United. Him behaving like a man child and bastardising a club, using it as a vehicle to get "likes" on insta to improve his marketability because his footballing ability certainly doesnt cut it.

Got nothing to do with "generation of footballer" or "theyre all like this nowadays". Wrong. Theres #@&%!s and theres professionals like there always has been.

Add him to the average footballer social media #@&%! #@&%! pile.

Hope Greenwood/James starts ahead of him every time next season.
