Spurs should have won that 2nd half, but De Gea was on a mad one.

Can't fault the manager when his players can't take chances

we also had chances second half, not as many granted but they wouldn't have come back from 2-0 down

“You’re allowed to have a good goalkeeper”
“Plan was to attack quickly with pace”
“We thought it would be a good plan to switch play”

I love ole

Poch having a Mou/Pep meltdown:
"That second half was the best 45 minutes in my time here".

hahahaha.

What a fabulous manager Ole must be.

Our subs were a bit limiting for the style we wanted to play. Martial and Rashford completely negated the Loris ball to the wide full backs - they pushed them wider and led to the ball going out of play half a dozen times.

When we tired we needed someone to come on and pick up Ericsson, someone like Herrera. Last 20 mins we lacked energy in midfield. Matic and Pogba both looked knackered.

Lukaku is either going to have to adapt or go - he added nothing.

Saw that

They played ok but surely the best 45min would be when you actually score a goal or two. Yes they had chances most of which were straight at De Gea.

Making out like we were bombarded to £#%&! with outrageous saves and goal line clearances.

Pogba could have had two in that second half the chubby faced £#%&!er.

Yep. Ideal result if you want Poch. We get the win, he couldn't really do anymore with the squad he has.

That's not true, he put rashford central and moved lingard right about 5 minutes into the 2nd half so we went into a more traditional 4231 instead of 433 we were playing in the first half

Really need Fred to come good 2nd half of the season. Need another option in that midfield.

If we could bin Fellaini off and get another positive thinking all-round midfielder or defensive midfielder as well it would help.

out of two cups in a week, and then this:

"Again we’re going to have the debate whether a trophy will take the club to the next level. I don’t agree with it. It only builds your ego. The most important thing for Tottenham right now is to always be in the top four."

what a loser

Feel a bit sorry for him. A month ago he was the next Unted manager. Then all his players got injured and it went to shit
