Sleepwalking into another game

Since we went behind we haven’t been too bad, but again Fred gifted possession away when ever he touches the ball, AWB to afraid to cross the ball but trying speculative passes

Come out second half and blow these @#%&!s away, with the players we’ve got out there that means exactly what we should be doing.

All of this.....

We have a beautiful Lamborghini with a 1.1 polo engine....

Our tempo at times is disgusting...

Ronaldo dropping back into midfield to play forward, positive football, Fred constantly goes backwards, Scott is obviously not fit.
We continue with van de beek on the bench...

We'd be £#%&!ed without Ronaldo ..

We’ll hammer these 2nd half.

We are much the better team and they are already looking leggy.

We didn’t sleep walk in at all. We were completely in control until Maguire gave them a lift. They had a good 5 minutes and bagged a deflected goal and then we resumed control.

I actually think the general performance has been much better. We’ve created plenty of chances and played with good intent. Neat and tidy build up….but carelessness and getting done on the counter has hurt us.

The forwards have all been very good and looked overwhelming for West Ham, and that’ll only get worse for them as legs and minds tire into the game. We do tend to kick on second half, so 1-1 isn’t too bad.

Just cut out the errors and stop giving teams an invitation back into games.

I think Greenwood has been excellent.

Well, it's not exactly the slick footballing riposte i was hoping for, but we're not getting beat.

Think we won this fixture last season so a win is essential. With Ron, anything is possible.

Nah we were playing at a blistering pace

West Ham did well to hang on tbf

Maguire giving possession away 15 minutes before they scored is why we were behind.

Greenwood has improved so much over the last year. They've had a couple of decent spells, but we've had a lot more chances and controlled most of the game IMO.

Lots to be positive about from the first half, AWB going forward, set pieces looking better, quality goal and Greenwood roaming round like am Aston Martin. We need to tighten up at the back and as Bunks said, up the tempo a bit. Fair play to West Ham for making it an exciting game to watch.

Played some good stuff at times although we do miss a player who can beat a man out wide

Biggest issue is how easy it is for West Ham to get at our back 4
The Scottish Player and Fred can’t seem to get a tackle in to stop attacks and where are either of them when West Ham are having clear shooting chances on the edge of our box

Keep the speed of our play up and we should win this

This. We were well on top before Maguire. Called it as it happened - that would wake them up. We then settled back down and nearly scored with Bruno hitting the post.

Ronaldo’s movement is sensational. He’s right on the edge (in a good way) all the time.

Again - our biggest weakness is our passiveness without the ball. Teams gain so much ground against us with sweeping moves that we don’t bother trying to stop.

Spot on. Best half of football we have played this season except Leeds.
