Just got back from hollibobs, so brew/shit/shave/shower, already ironed me drinking pants

In 2008 I started to drink vodka, in honour of the Moscow final, about 4 or 5 hours before kick off. By the time the teams were on the pitch I had finished off 2 x 1 litre bottles singlehandedly. I continued to drink vodkas, then beer, throughout the first half, but when Lampard equalized was convinced that we had blown it. At half time I ended up getting into a verbal alteraction with a couple of ape like Chelsea fans, then decided to walk home, offering out a variety of taxi drivers and motorists along the way (what a #@&%! I was). As soon as I got home, I passed out, missing all the second half and the penalties.

Of course I downloaded and watched the game the next morning with a might hangover, but of course it wasn't the same.

The moral of the story: Too much pre match drinking to calm those nerves doesn't always help. But £#%&! me, I need a drink and I am about to get rat arsed.
