Well yeah, hence the smiley. The bottom line is that he won the league with them, though.

people saying they wouldnt have him back

id pay 100 million for him tomorrow, even if i knew it was going straight onto the debt.

he is the missing link for us imo.

steady eddie

usual back four

carrick/fletch sitting

ronnie left

nani/big tone right

wazzarito up top.

would not have an ounce of fear in me going into the european cup final with that side.

Me too.Very easy choice.

Thought Ruud was a total legend, a goal scoring machine - but I also knew that the time was right for him to go and that we'd carry on and probably get better. With Ronaldo, it's a totally different kettle. He's a genuine world class talent who has everything. His best years may still be ahead of him, I just think Madrid is the wrong club for him.In saying that, Barca apart, where else could he go? He doesn't fancy England and wouldn't go to City anyway.

This ....

Loved every minute of that. I know he can be a pain in the arse, but he was a fantastic player. Gutted he no longer pulls on the red of United, maybe one day again

Sir Alex Ferguson has virtually ruled out any chance of Cristiano Ronaldo returning to Manchester United
of course it's unlikey, we are zillions of quid in debt, people can postulate on footballing reason why he will/won't or should/shouldln't come back, but they are meaningless whilst we have that £#%&!ing debt following us like an albatross.

that said, anyone who wouldn't want the 2nd best player in the world at their club is a £#%&!ing idiot.
