A mentally stable, properly managed, non-ego maniac Ronaldo back at United would be fantastic...

...Whether this person actually exists is a different question

We had it for a couple of years at United 2007-2009 (Until City game)

Always said the Madrid move would be a bad move for him, would love to have him back (and i think he'd say same thing) but wont happen.

A truly great player but he's turned into a complete ego-maniac the last couple of years.

no doubts he was great for us, but he wanted to go to real madrid...so there you go ron mate. I hope you like finishing runner up.

The Madrid move was for one person only, his mother.

He had everything at United, knew he was being managed in the right way by the best manager who knew how to get the very best out of him.

In the final year he was a shadow of the player during the 2007-2008 season, the injury that summer had really effected him and at times he looked un-motivated.

Now he's playing in a team full of individuals, which isn't the managers fault but how Madrid are set up and have been for years.

'Before I die I would like him to play for Real Madrid. I would really like that and then I could die, it wouldn't matter.'
He would of moved to Madrid eventually but the fact his mum was desperate to see him play there "before she died" (Don't forget his Dad died a year earlier) made it a move he wanted "sooner rather than later".

Either way he's a shadow of the player he was.
