Default Gerrard film to be made apparently

According to the sun, Steven Gerrard's life is being made into a movie after he agreed a deal with award-winning director Asif Kapadia, whose work also includes documentaries about singer Amy Winehouse and Formula 1 driver Ayrton Senna.

Is it April 1st?

Player leading his hometown club to dramatic victory in European cup final isn't that ludicrous a story for a film to be made about. We've had more than our fair share of cringey horseshit like this.

Senna and Amy were cult figures though and particularly interesting. Gerrard has had plenty of exposure and it's pretty hard to imagine it'll be interesting even to Liverpool fans.

With a bit of luck it might have a similar ending to Senna and Amy...*

*I don't actually wish death on the @#%&!.

His book sold exponentially well iirc. Like it or not there's thousands of sad @#%&!s everywhere who find him fascinating. Probably just as much as Senna and Winehouse.
