Had to make batter this morning pre school and suspect it turned out a mess.

Daughter screaming etc.

Love pancakes. Hate pancake day.

it's the only day of the year that I eat pancakes, but I will certainly be consuming as many as I can before lying on the sofa groaning.

Lemon and sugar. That is all. Did savoury once when me and the missus first got together, some sort of smokey, haddocky, creamy mixture. Probably would have been nice on toast but didn't feel right in a pancake.
