I notice there's no Frying Steak !

You know, the cheap skaggy thin kind, full of gristle.. literally impossible to cut, but will indeed stretch to cover a settee cushion or medium sized child's toy.. if you wish to do so !

An oversight I assume ?

Rib Eye for me, folloewd by fillet.

Used to have them blue, medium rare these days.
