In terms of length of ban, yeah. He will have had a month off for writing to the court prior to the hearing. Looks like he wasn't offered the rehab course (that knocks 25% off) because he was effectively 3 times over at the roadside. 104 was the lowest blown at the station.

Usually get a weeks wages fine but in this case the chair magistrate said because he's rich, a community order would be more impacting on him.

Member of my family is a magistrate, hence why know this.
