at the end of last season we needed a central midfielder and a winger.

we lost two strikers and only bought 1. so we are actually at -3.

added to the fact some of the players that weren't good enough last year are still here.

Lindelof has looked nervous throughout this tour, perhaps a little overawed at the moment. Have to hope he is better than what he has shown, but he will get time, with the depth Utd have at the back there is no need to rush him in.

The game was absolutely even. Same shots, same shots on target, same goals and 49/51 possession, played out in the baking hot sunshine in the middle of a California day, and for us our 4th game in 8 days.

I think this is a good point. Easy to get frustrated with him but he could well be overawed. He's only just 23, I think he'll settle in. Just hope it doesn't take too long.

Mhki like Mata is so temperamental it's ridiculous. At times they're amazing and at others they do £#%&! all. Can see pereira pushing them at this rate, he is probably gonna offer a more consistent presence.

We have players who either go missing ie mhki, mata, martial or actively £#%&! us up ie fellaini.

When the two align we drop points. Need to ditch fellaini asap.
