Default Looks like Fergie's gamble hasn't paid off

Rossi out (tbf he instigated the move), Smith out and now that the Tevez 'saga' hasn't come to an end today, he will have to wait till January.

That's Ole and Saha until Christmas. Ole and Saha Outrageous.

Don't pretend for a second Anderson or Nani will be first teamers, how many times does the management/players themselves have to say they will be bench warmers for the season before it gets through to that lump of catfood you call a brain.

It's this forum that has made me the doom merchant I now am.

Tevez will be in ASAP.We'll romp the league, the United way, by at least 8 points.

Come on, positive thoughts and that.

Not really, we still only have 3 strikers, 2 of them midgets and 1 made of glass.

Not a great deal of pace there either.

Nani and Anderson have stated they'll be mere substitutes for the whole season and Ferguson has stated that this is indeed a fact.

Of course they all have.

that's right. we've got exactly what we had last season (smith and rossi weren't involved then either) plus nani, anderson, hargreaves and some of the returning youngsters to allow scholes and giggs to get forward more. i think we'll cope, tbh.

Rooneys hardly a slouch. Tevez is quick. Saha, when fit, is fast as £#%&!.

Who do you think we should sign? Road Runner? Speedy Gonzalez?

Ole's a year older and probably fit for 10 minutes a fortnight.

Saha won't be fit until March.

Saha was awesome at the start of last season, Ole was effective too.

I said not a great deal, not that ther's none.

Tevez and Rooney are quick, but not lightening, Saha is but he's always injured.

And, everyone seems to have forgotten that we leant rather heavily on a certain Mr Larsson for 3 months last year.

Rooney is no slouch but he is no Saha.

Saha cannot be trusted so we need someone with pace like his imho..who can finish, but dont think at the mo there is no one like that who catches the eye.

Utd staff impressed with rooneys fitness this summer, they say they have never seen him so sharp.

Just out of interest, where the £#%&! is the ever-so-reliable Mr Saha???
I've heard nothing about his likely return to 'fitness'

He get's on my £#%&!ing nerves.

One thing's for sure, if the Tevez 'saga' does end up in court then we really are up shit creek (striker wise)

I don't care what anyone say's, Giggs & Ronaldo are not strikers - (don't mention the Highbury 2-4 game!..that was a one-off)
