probably not. but at least you'd know we'd be building up to something.

it'd be like being really starving, and the meal you're waiting for is taking a long time, but you know it's eventually going to come and it'll be good. and much preferable to starving to death as well tbf.

We've already had £#%&!ing 6. It'll be 7 come 2020 . Next thing you know it's 2023 and "wow has it been 10 years since we last won a title? Can't believe it."

A few years? Jesus christ.

Real Madrid win 3 european cups on the spin, have one bad year and that is more than enough to get them to go about ensuring it doesn't happen again.

Meanwhile we've had about 4 seasons equally as bad as what they've just had in the last 6 years and we just plod along. Nothing changes.

We're not building to anything.

Our owners and the man in charge of overseeing it are £#%&!ing charlatans who don't have the first clue about building a successful team and nor do they even care.

And our manager is a yes man from the norweigan league.

Manchester United as you've known it for the last 20 odd years is gone. All that's left is the name, the sponsors and the brand.

Ronny Deila beating him to a league title does not fill me with confidence

what gets me is liverpool almost won the league and actually won the champions league because they were super fit and willing to do a lot of running. Yet that's supposed to be backwards and old fashioned a few months later?

A word of warning. Almost exactly a year ago....

“Manchester United star Luke Shaw is back in Jose Mourinho’s good books after smashing the club’s pre-season fitness tests this week, Metro.co.uk understands.

However, Metro.co.uk understands Shaw has astounded staff at United’s training ground this week by returning with a new slender look and was at the top of the charts after customary pre-season fitness checks”

To be fair, that could say more about the state of our squad than it does how good James is.

Fingers crossed it's because he's a cracking little player though

i'm not surprised none of the one-paced £#%&!ing slugs can lay a finger on him.

When your wingers have been 40 year old Ryan Giggs, Antonio Valencia, Young, Mata and Martial for the best part of 10 years, being confronted by a lad like James must be like that scene in X-Men when Quicksilver is breaking Magneto out of the pentagon.
