Default City three in a row or Liverpool to break their drought?

Football can £#%&! off. No one else is in with a shout are they? Another @#%&! soup of a season awaits.

Would rather City get to #21 than Liverpool get to #19 tbh

I reckon city will lose motivation. They had to go full throttle this season just to match the previous. and nobody cares. Pep will start to get itchy feet.

The Dips to win it in style. Maybe back to back european cups.

meanwhile we try to plan to challenge for top 4

I don't think City have peaked yet.

Was trying not to think about it for a couple of months to be honest.

Thanks for bringing it up

If Fred was a physical location the swagmen would be smashing it with the Liverpool/City half and half scarves

Maybe I wasn't clear. Not who do you want to win, who do you think will win.

Don’t let that stop the top redding though.

Unfortunately, one of them is going to happen. Next season will be a doozy. “City four in a row or Liverpool to end their drought”

Oh no, you top redded. I just named that tune.

You’re as quick to morally grandstand on football threads as you are on the politics ones.

The last few pre-seasons i've been confident Liverpool had peaked the season before and wouldn't be able to replicate it.

I have been getting progressively more wrong and I wouldn't back City over them this season.

They've done brilliantly well in their signings, the way the club is run and in their choice of manager.

I'm hoping our board is taking note.

Didn't City go without De Bruyne for the majority of last season? They have so much strength in depth so it will probably be a similarly ridiculous points haul next season. Liverpool had so much luck this past year, in both the league and the CL, can't see them keeping that level of consistency up. They will do well but won't be matching City stride for stride this time around. I just hope we start trying to compete again. This is unbearable.

The last time the vermin came close to winning the league, the following season they were awful (Ok, they did sell Bitey).
