On 10/10 his team lie 10th after selling his number 10 to a team who have won 10 titles in a row. Tenuous.

Remember last season when they threw their toys out the pram because some United teams 25 years ago won titles with less points than they got for finishing 2nd

Glorious.

Herr Kloop looks like he's aged ten years in 12 months. Won't be long till he goes full Kenny and starts turning up for interviews with missing teeth, black eyes, disheveled clothes and wandering away like a confused Joe Biden in the middle of being asked a question.

Schnitzel scoffing @#%&!.

I saw one earlier gibbering about how they won their first million games of last season, or the season before, or whatever. Who cares?

I used not to rate Mane but his work rate and closing down from the front has been a huge loss.

He was always the unsung hero out of that forward line. Salah took all the plaudits but the amount of times Mane rescued big games for them was unreal. He's a huge loss.

He set the tone. They don't work any where near as hard without him. The other thing is Thiago. He's not a liverpool/klopp player. They brought him in and became less hard working and everything has gone to shit.

called that. Superb footballer but their success was built from an industrious midfield. They should have tried to resign Winjaldum.

Lad in work mates with someone who works at their training ground (allegedly).

Apparently, Klopp isn’t the same these days. Players are convinced his head’s gone.

The reason?….

…. His dog died over the summer and he can’t get over it.

Real world - when his systems break, they really brake. Dortmund final season. Covid season. This season. The wing backs are knackered which means they're easy to get behind, and they're so pivotal to the system's attacking play that he won't/can't change approach. The midfield doesn't have the legs to cover the forwards or the wing backs. The centre backs are ageing. It was foreseeable. Everything has to be exactly right in a Klopp approach. Conte doesn't hit the same highs, but arguably a more consistent manager season-over-season.

Its testament to Guardiola that even after all the years of basically playing the same way, teams still haven't really broken his system down consistently. The fact City's squad has noticeably slimmed down and they're still maintaining the pace of play is remarkable. Really thought they'd drop off just by having less bodies over the past 12-18 months but no, hasn't had material impact yet.
