I'm one of the more grounded voices if anything on this issue. I've been saying the same since 2019 with no real hyperbole and everything i've said has come true.

Just shows the lack of imagination at the club.

I'm all for ex players staying involved at the club, but not at the expense of a proven coach. Even Fergie needed outside help at times.

If Ole is to stay, we need some fresh thinking in there. Do the coaches even speak to Ole during games?
