For sure. I thought the first one was hugely overrated. The reviews for this one were worse. But I still didn't think it would be as bad as it was. Not even close. At the very least I thought we'd get some big production values to pass a few hours. Instead, got a magic stone that grants people's wishes. They're not even trying. The scene at the end ***spoiler***
when everyone renounces their wishes
must be up there as one of the worst ever filmed. ***spoiler***
The ISIS guy

Passenger 57 - loved the 90s, when nonsense like this was getting made regular.

The Great Beauty - Love letter to Rome. One of the finest films of the past ten years.

Koyaanisqatsi - Did the ultimate student house trick of staying up on psychedelics and watched this with headphones on. f***ing hell

Laurel Canyon - This documentary completely shaped my 2020. What a time and place.

Without A Clue

Michael Caine and Ben Kingsley star as Sherlock Holmes and Dr Watson....sort of. Watson is the real master detective who invented Holmes as a fictional character for his stories to maintain cover. 'Holmes' is really a two-bit actor hired to play the character due to public demand. They don't know he is a phony and that Watson is the hero. Not yet anyway.
