imagine picking scholes for this. Just imagine how braindamaged you'd have to be.

Yup, the game against Spurs was rather more like what some were fearing when he returned

The forthcoming league games might suit him better, though.

Yep, amazing how much we improved when Giggsy came on.
Love Scholesy to bits but he couldn't handle the pressing game that Spurs were using.
No disgrace in that though. He did retire ffs

I wonder if the Brand & Anderson might fancy a kick about before the end of May

The first time in many a year that the names, Ged, Hark and Jaffo have been used in conjunction with Young.

hmmm... sloppy passing from scholes.... fergie obviously didn't want any slackness like at norwich, so brought giggs on. thought he picked defoe out beautifully.

All I'm saying is, if we have to play a 50 year old I'd give Giggsy the edge because he can get out of trouble by travelling with the ball.

None of our key players should be involved ffs. We've got a League Title to win.

Rio, Evra, Rooney, Nani, Giggs, Carrick, Welbeck & co should be nowhere near the Squad.
We've already lost Valencia thanks to this tournament.

I think we saw against Ajax the other week just how much our players are up for it. Play our squad/youth players. If we go on to win it, great.
this that's why I picked a basically second string team...the West Brom game is far more important as they are on a really good run especially away from home

but judging by his press conference today Fergie will be rolling out some first teamers...I don't want to lose but the league is all that matters

just hope Bilbao don't get any free-kicks saw Susaeta score two incredible free-kicks at the weekend no keeper, not even big Dave, was getting near them

Spot on.

This tournament's actually worse than a waste of time, as the injury to Valencia showed. Just £#%&! it off completely.

Oh I agree entirely.
I don't think we picked our 'strongest' side for a single match. Arrogant sods.

The same state that are both gonna be in the quarter finals?

It sort of sums up the state of europe right now Barca aside.....

And I don't find going into the Europa humiliating, we have nothing to prove, shit can happen. I see progress every week. You £#%&!ing women on here act like the world is about to cave in on us all every week. You were probably suicidal in 2005 when there were serious fractures at the club on and off the pitch, even big Fergie was showing the signs of being a man who had enough of it all.

We actually have a fantastic young spine at the club who have already gotten plenty of positive and negative experiences as United players. There's a new team coming up and not far away from completion. This isn't even about being self righteous or being a 'superfan'. It's not, it's just football, it is to be enjoyed. How can you lot live like this supporting United? Makes me seriously question your motives as surely if you were unfortunate enough to follow any other club in the world you'd have probably topped yourself by now.
