thought he played ok in patches, could be a squad option.

relying on him and mcfred together has proven not to work long term.

much like having a midfield built around darron gibson and ji sung park.

At the very best he should be our 4th choice CM . That’s being generous. 4 years of shite isn’t wiped out by being involved in two goals.

Unless you switch the tactic around the number 6 position is the only way he gets games. Wouldn’t but him in any of the front 4 positions .

He might work ok as a 3 man CM but we don’t have the players to play that
