That's strange, given that we have Chelsea to come at Old Trafford and can't control Arsenal's destiny anymore who have far easier fixtures than Chelsea.

More or less, we just have to win the league again by beating everything in front of us, as we do

The League isn't won on weekends like this. There are no banana skins for our opponents today.
We have the toughest fixture ourselves because Fulham are a decent side this season.

I find it so odd that only a few weeks after ourselves & Chelsea had swatted Arsenal aside with such ease, people are now suggesting they're the bestest team in the World (again) because they beat Stoke & Burnley

I'm not, every season at one point we hear how Arsenal are gonna win the league, then they beat someone in Europe and we hear how they can 'beat anyone on their day' etc. It's boring and the same every year.
