That massive Serbian keeper is the lad that signed for us when he was 17 and didn’t get a work permit

Good second half. Would be nice to see them try dropping Neymar for a game.

Didn’t Neymar make the first goal?

Sort of. His run opened it up a bit I guess but I forget who took it off his feet when he £#%&!ed up and had the shot. If not for that he’d have just run it out for a goal kick again.

Couldn’t their coach casually nudge him while walking past? That should see him out of action for a few months

I wasn't that impressed with Brazil. They'd struggle against a good team.

Great goal though.

there aren't any great teams, so they've a great chance. one of top three with france and england and all have weaknesses.

who turns up on the day geoff...

Spain looked the best so far but the opponents were so bad it's hard to judge. Same problem for England, we're not nearly as good as that result suggests.

You're right, there's no great teams but I still think Brazil will do well to get to the semis.

Second half they were the best team in the tournament, haven't better strength in depth than France or Spain ...

Teams become great by virtue of what they do in World Cups, so it’s a bit early to say there aren’t any tbh.

see what you're saying but beating a load of decent teams doesn't make you great per se.

What bunks said.

They started slow but by the end they were the best team so far. Casemiro dominant. Spain and England looked good but Serbia more a challenge than Iran and Costa Rica.

I don’t know how brazil do it seeing as their forward options are apparently shite

Two second half goals against a side ranked by Fifa as below Wales and Iran?

Yes, yes .. you and the mug punter should keep adding to this .. all will be re-visited as the tournament progresses.
