simply untrue. he wasn't all over the game because it was hardly fought and won in midfield was it? he did what he had do. even anderson looked like he could handle it. lets be fair though anderson would have fluffed the chance gibbles had.

He was £#%&!ing awful. Anderson at least got on the ball and had a go, Gibson offers nothing. He'd have been more at home playing for Scunthorpe shooting from 30 yards all night.

Who's place would he take? Our midfield is pretty much nailed on for every league game if injuries go our way. His only way in is champions league games and other midweek games where scholes may drop out.
